Patient Champions

Established patient participation groups in each of our practices have helped to direct our organisations over the years, with frequent discussions taking place on how we can improve our services.

Chester Central Primary Care Network now has formed a joint PPG for all of our practices called “Patient Champions”, to help us have better conversations with our patients. As we begin to grow our services, many of these will be shared across the practices. We believe that a collective approach will help us to better understand the needs of our population.
